As mentioned in our live stream, if you have sent any monetary contribution in any form (explained below), you are invited to fill out the form below. If we reach our monthly SuperChat goal, we'll randomly pick one recipient to receive a free SeeTheStorm.net shirt.

Rules:

1) You may enter more than one time. Example: you have sent 3 separate SuperChats- you may enter each time. You may be picked up to once per 6 month period.

2) The SuperChat goal resets every calendar month, as does this contest. You may only enter during the calendar month you sent your support amount. Example: During the calendar month of February, you must submit for February only, not a tip sent last month.

3) Your contribution must be $5 or greater. We appreciate -all- amounts of 'tips,' but in order to help cover shipping costs, we're limiting to our $5 or greater folks.

4) We will contact you within 10 days of the end of the month by the email that you provide below. You will have 3 business days to respond, or we will re-draw another person.

5) Remember to fill the contest form out completely!  We use the information you provide to cross-check the accuracy of your entry to prevent spammers or fakes that are just trying to cheat the system.
